Jennifer began her career in communications, working with her clients on their internal branding, employee satisfaction and retention, and developing and executing their business strategies. After eight years working for communications agencies, Jennifer took a position in the public sector as Strategic Advisor, working with leaders to create and execute the division’s vision, and build their brand, during a major organizational transition. When Jennifer joined Harding Fire Protection in 2006, she brought her project management and marketing experience, and her financial management skills, holding positions in finance and administration. She became Vice President in 2011, before assuming her current role as President in 2013.
Alan Hassabo has spent over 30 years working with CEO’s and business owners. With a corporate finance and accounting background, Alan has the ability to create effective business strategies and implement management performance systems in order to build a business based on the owner’s foresight and long- term objectives. Alan partnered with Harding Fire Protection in 2008, bringing these areas of expertise to the company’s strategic growth.
Grant began in fire protection when he started out at Seneca College. After graduation, he began his career at Techstar Fire Protection, and then Carlon Fire Equipment Services, before joining Harding Fire Protection in October 2000. Grant has unique expertise in the industry, having worked in both Fire Alarm and Sprinkler sides of the business, and holding both his CFAA and Sprinkler COQ. Grant made the transition from field to management, and currently holds the position of VP, Operations.
