And excellence in responsiveness, when it comes to both on-site service and of our ability to respond to our customers changing needs.
Our next value is INTEGRITY. We believe very much in transparency with our clients, and we take a great deal of pride in what we do. There are no shortcuts at Harding Fire. We do a complete and thorough scope of work. We expect our people to behave with the same integrity as we believe in as an organization. And, we don’t hide from our responsibilities – if ever something doesn’t go as we plan it to, we take ownership of making it right.
TEAM is another of our values. Within our organization, working as a team is critical. We are one of the few fire protection companies with fully-integrated sprinkler and fire alarm teams, this is so critical for our effective execution of work. We also believe in coaching and mentoring other staff members, we all can learn from one another regardless of our positions.
SAFETY is an important value for a few reasons. First, we are in a safety industry, and the importance of the work we do must stay top of mind for us all. But beyond our services, there’s nothing more important than making sure that all of our team members make it home safely at the end of every shift. Their families are counting on that, so embracing SAFETY as a value, and encouraging everyone to constantly raise the bar, is a key way of doing business at Harding Fire.
